Our Certified SMART Recovery facilitator provides a science-based, secular mutual support program offering tools and strategies to help individuals overcome addictive behaviors and build a fulfilling life. Through free, weekly meetings led by trained facilitators, participants use the SMART 4-Point Program to develop motivation, cope with urges, manage thoughts and behaviors, and create a balanced lifestyle. The program empowers individuals to take control of their recovery by teaching them to change negative behaviors and develop internal strengths, serving as an alternative to 12-step programs.
